Implantology courses

Remote anchorage solutions for full arch treatment

We are pleased to present the Remote Anchorage Solutions for Full Arch Treatment course, organised by C.E.I.D., the European Centre for Dental Implantology, in partnership with ITALIANA MEDICAL and sponsored by O.R.C.A.A. (Operation Re-dentulate Central America Association) and JD Dental. The course will take place at a high-end private clinical facility in Cairo, Egypt. Dr Coppola and Dr Redaelli will guide you from the fundamentals through to the most advanced implantology techniques, combining theoretical learning with hands-on surgery on patients. We are excited to welcome those joining us on our next mission to learn, inspire, train and enjoy the experience together. We look forward to getting to know everyone interested in taking part and to building long-lasting professional relationships. In addition to the training experience and the opportunity to connect with clinicians from across Europe, our shared goal is to “give patients their teeth back” through a structured three-level programme based on case complexity: Level 1, new for 2027 and designed for clinicians starting out in implantology, with third molar extractions and first implant placements on patients; Level 2, with up to 20 full-arch procedures; and Level 3, with up to 10 advanced surgical procedures. There are three surgical days, providing a total of 5 morning and afternoon sessions: Saturday, Sunday and Monday morning, with Monday morning dedicated to the main cases, the most complex cases. In Levels 2 and 3, each pair of trainees operates on one patient per session. The course is held twice a year. As interest continues to grow, additional trips will be organised. All patients will receive appropriate post-operative follow-up, as well as temporary and definitive zirconia prostheses produced through digital workflows. Until now, this course had been available exclusively to US clinicians. With the launch of the ORCAA Europe division, led by the C.E.I.D. Italy Team, Redaelli and Coppola, the course is now open to everyone. The creation of the European division expands ORCAA’s global presence and further strengthens its partnership with the Italy Team, which has been involved since the very first edition of ORCAA Global in Guatemala. Together, we are working to advance the ORCAA mission around the world.

You will perform surgery under the close supervision of our faculty, in complete safety, with you at the centre of the surgical experience.

Level 3 cases are performed in the operating room under general anaesthesia. All other procedures are carried out at the surgical chair under local anaesthesia or, when clinically indicated, conscious sedation, always managed by an anaesthetist. During the course, you will also learn how to assess when local anaesthesia alone is appropriate and when conscious sedation or general anaesthesia is required.

ORCAA MISSION

At ORCAA Global, our mission begins with the patient. We are dedicated to restoring lives through full-arch implant rehabilitation; from surgery to final teeth; ensuring every patient receives expert care, restored function, and long-term follow-up. We don’t just place implants; we help people eat, smile, and live with confidence again.

To make this possible, we train doctors the right way: through immersive, hands-on education grounded in evidence, safety, and integrity. Our programs cover the full All-on-X process; from diagnosis and digital workflows to surgical execution, prosthetic delivery, and post-operative care; all delivered in live surgical settings by world-renowned experts.

In a field too often driven by ego and misinformation, ORCAA stands apart. We unite the brightest minds in implant dentistry; not to compete, but to raise the standard of care together. Rooted in values and driven by impact, we are building a global movement; a growing family; one patient, one doctor, and one restored life at a time.

ORCAA brings light to darkness: by empowering patients with dignity; guiding doctors with truth; and transforming surgical education into a force for good. At our core, we are not just a team; we are a family, united by purpose and committed to lifting others through knowledge, compassion, and care.

Course Description and Fees

Each course participant (Trainee) will perform surgery on patients according to their training level, or assist as first assistant throughout the day during the three surgical days. Each Trainee will alternate roles with their colleague on each patient, giving everyone the opportunity to learn, observe, perform and ultimately teach. Our goal is for every clinician to take the skills acquired during the course back to their own country and help reduce the number of patients living with edentulism. What will you take back to your practice from this course that sets it apart from others?
  • In-depth radiographic analysis of every surgical case
  • Surgical planning and selection of the most appropriate techniques for each patient’s rehabilitation
  • Performing the procedure under our direct supervision
  • Impressions and same-day prosthesis delivery.

Together with us, you will manage each patient as you would in your own practice, with the aim of developing the confidence required to propose the most appropriate and effective rehabilitation for every patient.

The program has been designed to provide an educational experience of the highest standard, combining theoretical sessions with intensive hands-on training in the operating room.
